Still waiting for my upgrade phone iPhone 12 pro

I ordered my iPhone 12 pro 128gb in blue on Saturday 7th November and i was told on the phone it will be with me within 3 weeks, well it was 3 weeks this saturday gone and still no phone. I just get an update once a week saying my order is on track or my order is coming soon.

Really getting inpatient now as my current contract has finished and I'm going to be left without a phone to use.

How much longer do i have to wait ??

I ordered mine on the 30th October and get weekly updates also. I rang last week as it was the 3 week mark and they said apple

are having issues getting it to the stores and that I Should get it this week. Getting slightly annoying now as I know people who have been getting the max and ordering after me.

Im still waiting on my 12 pro graphite 256gb that I ordered on the 4th. I chased last week when the 21 days were up only to be told to chase this week if I've still not got the phone. It's beyond annoying now...

@AmyBollam-95 so my expected delivery date had changed at the weekend to 9th to 14th December... What happens when we hit the 9th December?? It changes back to awaiting confirmation!!!!! I am beyond annoyed now!! 35 days and counting I've been waiting! 🤬🤬🤬

If you got your phone directly from apple EE or any other TRUSTED online store, it should arrive soon. However, if you got it from somewhere like eBay or a 3rd party store, it may be wise to return it if you have used PayPal. I recommend you wait one week because COVID has affected some mail services and if still nothing, you should return it and order it from EE or direct from apple.

Well things have changed quickly for me today! Took a call off EE this morning to say that my phone was now in and ready to despatch to DPD. This afternoon I've had notification from DPD that they will deliver to me tomorrow! After 35 days waiting it looks like I'm finally getting mine!

I really hope mine comes. but 35 days for me is next Friday. I really hope it comes before Christmas!

I ordered mine on the 8th and got told 14 days then 21 then 28 and last time I called no one could tell me an approximate date for delivery. I understand it’s not the person on the other lines fault but this is a very long time to wait...

I rang up today they’ve cancelled my order and ordered a different colour and is arriving by Friday.
