Hello

i have received this morning text messages saying my new plan is running.... however I haven’t received the phone yet.

Will the phone be coming today as it’s all been activated?

Thanks for coming to the community.

DPD will text or email you to let you know when the phone is going to be delivered.

Have you downloaded the DPD app to see if any deliveries are scheduled?

No i haven’t downloaded the app I will do that now.

I was just confused as to why my new plan has been activated but I don’t have the phone yet 🙂
