Return of mobile phone to EE store

Can I return a phone to EE store that was sent to me which is the incorrect phone? Having spent nearly two hours on phone sorting this out. I've lost all trust and confidence with EE.

@Wheelie2020 If this was a phone/online sale then you have to call customer services to inform them about the return so a return package can be sent to you.
