      <title>Upgrade</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am wondering if anybody knows a rough timescale for processing of upgrades at the moment?&amp;nbsp;I appreciate it is going to be a lot slower than normal with current conditions but I placed an upgrade order yesterday morning and instantly received a confirmation email which told me to look out for another email/text with delivery info - this text hasn’t arrived.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I only ask because my partner and I upgraded our devices at the same time with different networks. Her brand new Oppo Find X2 Pro on O2 arrives this morning via DPD - she ordered about 2:30pm yesterday.&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve heard nothing from EE and put my upgrade through earlier than she did.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any advice from anyone who’s recently upgraded really would be much appreciated &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;those who say to call EE - I will straight after work if it goes that long. I don’t have 45 minutes to wait on hold before then, hence turning to the community.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
