      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I placed an accessories order to be added to my account and got email confirmation; however this morning when I tried to check the status on the order tracker it tells me 'sorry, we can't show your order details right now'. I had to place a second order for another item a few months ago because the original one mysteriously vanished then too. Seems to be a common occurrence for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;After I placed the order yesterday it told me I could add 0 accessories now as I used up the last add-on accessory, but this morning it is showing me I can add 1 accessory to my plan again. Does that make sense?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying to get hold of a representative is proving to be a nightmare and since I haven't had any updates despite the product showing as being in stock I am inclined to just go ahead and place the order again unless a rep is about on here to help me out?
