Hi.

I tried ordering AirPods with the wireless charging, I received an email saying ‘about your order’ but how do I know if the order has been confirmed and they are being delivered to me? I don’t want to try doing it again and end up with 2 of the same product

hi I was wondering if you could help me please, I tried ordering a pair of apple airpods and I thought I did it until I havnt got any information of them being dispatched and no email or text message, the only email I got was saying ‘about your order’ which came up with what I wanted to order and my bank details, I’m confused if they have been ordered or not as I don’t want to do it again and get 2 of the same product

If you have received a confirmation email, your order is being processed. You don't need to place a second order.

You'll receive a text message with tracking details when your order has been dispatched.

Hi, thanks for your response.

I have received an email saying ‘about your order’ it actually hasn’t said it’s been confirmed
