Hi,

I ordered a new phone and a contract on Thursday on 26/11/2020. Someone on the phone told me that I should receive my phone on Friday I switched from iphone 12 pro to iphone 12 pro max due to the fact that the second one was in stock so i wouldn't have to wait for 28 days. I called you guys again yesterday and someone said that my phone was due to be dispatched on the 30/11/2020, but I still have to wait for a re stock. My phone was apparently in stock for me on the 26/11/2020. Could you help me with that please?

Welcome to the community.

The expected delivery timescale for the iPhone 12 Pro Max 128GB in Graphite is 28 days. I'm not sure why you would be offered that as an alternative to waiting for the iPhone 12 Pro.
