ordered the new iPhone 12 Pro Max. have a ref number how do I track the order?

Thanks for ordering with us.

You can track your order using the online order tracker.

Once your phone is ready for delivery you will receive further delivery guidance from DPD.

Thank you for the help, tried that however the tracking reference appears
to be invalid

The reference is 201111 001704 order was for 8 x iPhones12 Pro max ,
ordered on 13th November 2020.

My telephone calls with the EE Customer Support Teams have resulted in
very little help, except to tell me to be patient and wait to be advised of
delivery.

Did you order direct from EE?

What colour devices did you order?

Yes through the EE Business Shop, colour not specified - I will take what
is available. The iPhones are for my family & friends for Christmas.
