Any idea on delivery guys it said 28 days when I ordered tried online order tracker doesn’t recognise my email

then tried phone number followed by reference didn’t work ?I orderd I phone 12 pro graphite 128gb.

The current expected guidance for that model is still to expect dispatch within 28 days. DPD will be in touch as soon as your phone is ready to deliver.

We process orders on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible.
