I upgraded to new iPhone SE and paid for tech 21 evo wallet Case in black

my phone has been delivered but not the case and I haven’t had any info on when or if it’s being delivered

i ordered it on the Thursday 26 November when I upgraded my contract

The phone came next day but no case
