Received a text to say DPD delivery would be yesterday between 12-1pm. It didn't turn up. When I click on the tracking link, the DPD website is saying it can't track my parcel status right now. I can't stay at home indefinitely on the off chance they decide to deliver. I've been on hold to 150 for more than 20 minutes and I need to go out. What next?
