iPhone 12 Pro 5G 256GB Pacific Blue

I ordered iPhone 12 Pro 5G 256GB Pacific Blue on the 2nd November.

Received an e-mail confirmation which cites 'Expect Dispatch Within 21 Days'.

I've checked the online order tracker and it hasn't changed from 'Awaiting Confirmation' in relation to expected delivery date.

Could I please have a realistic timeframe in terms of dispatch i.e. are people waiting a week longer than expected?

Hi.
I ordered mine on 29th October and still not had mine. Spoke to EE and they said they are awaiting the phone to come into stock then will dispatch then. They said it can take up to 28 days from ordering

Not sure if it helps but I ordered my IPhone 12 Pro 128gb on 3rd November and in the same boat. So I went in live chat this morning and was assured that my delivery would be before 1st December. I was also offered £20 off if it went over 30 days.

I know you've ordered a different model but may be worth giving the live chat a go!

Any joy with your order? Have just found out my sister in law ordered the same phone and model but in a different colour and she’s been told she’ll receive hers Tuesday morning!

My brother in law ordered his directly from apple - same colour size etc as mine and he received it yesterday. Both orders placed after mine. Getting a bit miffed now as my current phone is on the brink of dying!

Rang EE customer service and all they

could say was “you’ll get a text when it’s coming”. Tempted to cancel the upgrade altogether and go direct to Apple if I’m honest.

I rang EE yesterday and all they could tell me was that I’ll get a text when it’s coming. As I mentioned to the other poster, I’m tempted to cancel the upgrade and go direct to Apple as someone I know personally placed their order after me and has already received their phone. It’s the fact my current iPhone is on the brink of dying that’s irritating me as I need it to work from home - not ideal!

Agreed - not ideal in the slightest!

I looked at doing that myself but even Apple are giving a delivery date of between 10th - 17th December!
