      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I ordered a iPhone 12 pro on the 5th November and was told it would be delivers by 26/11/2020, all I’m getting is a text once a week that says my order is on time but I’m still no further forward as to when it will arrive&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning James,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the update and I appreciate your time in finding out the info and coming back to me but do t you think that the customer services team should make the customer aware at point of order instead of given a delivery date of 3 weeks ? I have been with EE/ T mobile for 9 years and would consider myself a loyal customer but feel a little disappointed with this order, My gut feeling is that the sales team are just telling customers 1 thing to get the commission for a customer renewal where I would have appreciated being told at the start we can’t give a delivery date because we can’t get stock.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And can I have a human response rather than a copy and paste (first come first served, we’re working hard rubbish)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
