No order information

Hello

when I put my order in the order tracker it says ‘sorry we can’t show your order details right now’.There is no information on my upgrade phone I ordered for my son. I ordered it 2 weeks ago and am worried it won’t arrive for Xmas. I have already paid for the phone.
