    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a new pay as you go phone on monday and it said delivery will be within 2 days but I havent heard anything and am getting an error message on the order tracker. When I pgone 150 there is a long wait. How do I find out what is happening with it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried the online chat but it just keeps coming up saying I will have to phone.&amp;nbsp; When i phone I'm put on hold.&amp;nbsp; The customer service is shocking to be honest!&amp;nbsp; I should have bought it elsewhere!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
