iPhone 12 Pro not delivered

Hi,

ordered my iPhone 12 pro, graphite 128gb on the 5th November.

I have received no update despite being told initially 2 weeks max. I was then told on Friday it’d a another month by your phone agents. To then be told it’ll be 21 days from order date by your twitter agents.

So can I please get an accurate number on this? I transferred to you from Vodafone because I needed it for work. And now I’m without a mobile when I real need of it.

please advise
