Hi, I’ve recently ordered the iPhone 12 pro in pacific blue. When tracking this item it says ‘your in stock iphone’ is confirmed but still awaiting confirmation of delivery. If it’s in stock why isn’t it out for delivery yet? Thanks

There is a backlog that EE are Curt working with Apple to try and clear as quickly as possible, whilst it may show available stocks there will still be the current first come first serve principle in place, it is frustrating but I am noticing the list of people I was following when I ordered has slowly disappeared now, so they must be catching up, did you get your email with status advice? I’ve been following that which for me has now updated and is quite informative ie: estimated delivery date

i didn’t have that but I now have it, I ordered on the 2nd November

I didn’t receive an email with status advice no, I just keep tracking it with my order number but no updates on there. To be fair I only ordered on the 19th so was just wondering about why it was saying it was in stock. Probably just being inpatient ha. Is yours on the way to you now?

No mines not on the way yet but I’m advised 30th which I’m happy about at least I’ve got actual dates now, I notice on my tracking i ordered on 2nd and each update has been exactly 7 days later I got an email today to say my order is on track so that’s something to go by!
sadly though it is a waiting game & I did get frustrated but now I have actual info it’s nowhere near as bad!

I ordered on 26/10 and still waiting! My online tracker says 'coming soon' and 'your order is on track' but no updates as of yet. It did say 'dispatch expected in 24hours' but it's not true! Don't trust the tracker!

now that’s where the problem may lay, I’ve read the Blue, Silver & gold models are varied in availability whereas the Graphite appears to have stabilised a bit!
but that’s not to say it won’t change either as at this moment in time I’m thinking anything is possible!!!

I nearly ordered that model but thought it would be most popular alongside the blue! Wish I did now, there appears to be a definite time frame for the graphite
