I ordered the iPhone 12 in black but when I got an email it says it’s in blue, am I able to ask them to send a black one or can I send it back?

It depends on how far through your order is as to whether it can be amended. You could try speaking to our Mobile Care team.

If the delivery does go through, you have 14 days to return it to us (if you ordered online or over the phone).

It's probably already being processed to the delivery company, @Adashe92.

Once you receive it, if you want to return it, call our Mobile Care team who'll help you sort that out.
