Phone not arrived

I ordered the OPPO A72 yesterday with the Nintendo switch, I recieved an email confirming my order and gave me a tracking number. However, it was supposed to be due today between 10 and 12 and it still not arrived, the money hasn't left my bank either. I never recieved any contact from the people who were supposed to be delivering it and with that I have read, then I'm going to have the same problem waiting for the switch to arrive if the phone ever arrives. I've tried calling but couldn't get through and also tried contacting ee through facebook messenger but having no look. I'm starting to worry that it's not going to turn up.

DPD will send you a text when your order is out for delivery.

Have you tried using our online order tracker?

Turns out it was an error in the system when ordering online so that explains why the tracking didnt work when I tried it and why the super fast delivery wasn't super fast but its sorted now. Now, DPD is due to deliver it today as I've had a message. Anything that I did wasn't anything wrong on my end.
