Hi,

How long do I get my order in. Had the conformation email and paid the cost for my upgrade, albeit still no order. Is there anyway to hurry the order up a little tracking says awaiting confirmation for delivery date?.

Hi Leanne,

I ordered it on my birthday on the 4th Of November 2020.

Its the 128GB graphite 12 pro model. I paid alot of money for an early upgrade.

Between two of my network providers I went with EE, as your service is good and your plans are more value for money.

But after reading the wait times and asking my friend that stays in Scotland me being in the Northwest of England, who recommended I stay with EE and not pay off this particular line. I don’t know what to think, I need this phone for my business and its holding me back.

I understand it’s a COVID-19 crisis and all businesses are limited, but EE and apple are both multi billion dolar/ pounds conglomerates, who after lockdown 1.0 would have prepared and the would need to last as business.

All i would like from yourself leanne is an actual time frame and not a generic answer like it will take 2 weeks or 21 days ,as they are people who are waiting 4 weeks? Now. My friend is on 25 days just now.

As soon as your order is available to dispatch, you will receive a text from DPD with your delivery details.

I ordered on 19th october still no updates on delivery just says awaiting confirmation and expect dispatch in 24 hours its gold 128gb iphone 12 pro

you are not going to get it for at least 21 days from the day you ordered it i ordered the same day as yourself

Sorry, we don't have an estimated delivery timescale for that particular model at the moment from the date you ordered.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive stock from Apple.

I’ve had nothing from DPD or EE regarding when it will arrive,

Hi, thanks for replying!

They gave me an estimated delivery of 2 weeks (6th nov would have been 14 days)

It was to be delivered to the EE store in St James' Retail park, Dumbarton in Scotland.

I know it's only a couple of days over and you're probably inundated with messages like this, so I'm just looking for any kind of update 🙂

I placed my order at the EE store on Kilburn high road I was given 14days for delivery it’s Been 15days and am still told to expect delivery date ?!

Did you select delivery to the store?

If so, following the Government’s latest advice, we have closed all our EE and BT stores in England for the next four weeks.

If you have ordered your handset to be delivered to one of our affected stores, your order will be changed to be delivered to the home address on your account.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as stock is available.
