Where is my iPhone 12 pro?

Hi,

I ordered the iphone 12 pro two weeks ago now and there’s no update for a dispatch, any idea when it’ll be arriving as I was told within two weeks, I’m worried it’s gone missing it has been forgotten

I ordered mine two weeks ago as well and i havent got any order confirmation email as well and they did say that i will be getting it on the 16th but i still havent recieved any email about my delivery as well. I guess its better to just ring them and ask them whats taking too long.

i ordered Iphone 12 pro 128gb pacific blue on 2nd november. One of your colleague even said that i will get it by 16 november.

The estimated delivery guidance for when you ordered was to 'expect delivery within 21 days'. I'm sorry if you were told something different.

All orders will be processed on a first come first served basis with any back orders being fulfilled first.

I’ve order mine, iPhone 12 Pro 256GB Pacific blue on 17th Oct , and I’m still waiting for it. Do you have any idea how many times I’ve been told It will be dispatched soon ?

I ordered mine 3 weeks ago!! It’s still not arrived and awaiting confirmation.

Have had no emails to update or anything. Have had to call multiple times. Not impressed.

Hi Chris,

12 Pro, Gold, 128GB. Ordered 31st October.

I have spoken to the team and they firstly said it would be with me on the 2nd. I called again and they said within 21 days of booking. I’ve now read the comments and there are people that have ordered even earlier and have not received it.

We ordered the phone on the 4th and there’s still no sign of dispatch, any idea when it’ll arrive

The delivery guidance for your model when you ordered was that we'll delivery when we get more stock from the manufacturer.

I was told within two weeks on the phone as well as by email, there was nothing about waiting this long, is there an option to cancel and order another phone that’s actually in stock?
