iPhone 12 pro

I ordered my iPhone 12 pro on the 25th Oct and I’m still awaiting confirmation of a delivery date. I have spoken to EE twice on Twitter both saying I just have to wait, anyone have any idea how long the phones take to be delivered?

I ordered the iPhone 12 Pro 128GB Pacific Blue on 29th October. When I ordered it says 'expect dispatch in 21 days'. I've almost reached 21 days. Is there any update on when stock is going to be received ?

Sorry, we don't have an estimated dispatch time for that model. Your phone will be dispatched as soon as we receive stock from our supplier.

Hi @Dma1710 have you received your phone yet? I ordered mine on the 30th October and my tracker has just changed to dispatched, but I’ve still not received a text or email from DPD seems a lot of people have had this issue

Have you downloaded the DPD app to see if you have any deliveries showing?

DPD will text or email you the day before delivery.

Nope mine still says awaiting confirmation. It’s now been 4 weeks and it’s never changed.

I’ve had no updates at all about it, but it’s changed on my EE app to my new upgrade now.
