When I bought the ps5 extra dualsense controller bundle and put it on I got the email but I never had a order reference and I’m confused if I’ve got it or not still not 100% know if I got it or I’m just being stupid

Once you receive the email that outlines the breakdown of your payment then you've successfully ordered the item.

I got an email saying like the pricing and all that what I will pay once they take it out

I've ordered the ps5 they sent me an email giving me the breakdown. They've processed the order and taken payment so I'm sure it will be the same with your transaction when they process it.
