Hi. My order number ************ I ordered iPhone 12 pro last Friday. Order tracking page say my in-stock order is comfirmed. Expecting delivery date: awaiting confirmation. Can you tell me when my order will arrive? Thank you.

Thanks for the quick reply.

The estimated delivery guidance for when you placed your order was to 'expect delivery within 21 days'.

As soon as your order is available and ready to dispatch, you will receive a text from DPD letting you know when this will be delivered.

Sorry this is all the details I have, you will be contacted by DPD once your iPhone has been dispatched, this can be up until 8PM the day before delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to call our Customer Care team.

They will be able to check your order, give you an update, or cancel if you'd like to.
