Changing my mind on my recent upgrade

Hi, just have a quick question on changing my mind on my recent upgrade. On Saturday I upgraded from an iPhone 8 Plus originally wanting and iPhone 11 Pro Max but sadly there was none left so I went an to iPhone 11 Pro on the belief that they would be roughly the same size like I was told by the gentleman on the iPhone. This was delivered to me yesterday and after having had a bit of time holding the phone I’ve realised it’s a bit too small for me.

Is there any chance I can exchange this for an iPhone 11 as it’s slightly bigger, none of the appliances have been used.

If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery & then reorder what you really want.

Will it make a difference if the phone came out the box but still in its new original condition and packaged correctly?
