I ordered my phone a week ago and I still haven’t heard anything about when it will be delivered. I set my delivery address to my work and it’s going on lockdown in 2 days time so I’m abit frustrated on the wait

The delivery guidance one week ago for that model was to expect dispatch within 14 days.

Oh ok I wasn’t notified or I would of just purchased in store. How do I go about changing the delivery address on EE as my work address won’t be available from Thursday?

Ok yeah I’ll try again was just having issues with which department to be forwarded to as customer services wasn’t an option when I contacted earlier

I ordered the gold 128gb version the first day pre orders started and my delivery has already been pushed back twice, now I'm seeing they can't even give me a date just saying DPD will text,

Have you heard anything since this message? I suppose you'd be waiting a month now for delivery. I'm waiting for min ordered 26/10 and wondered whether to cancel
