I ordered an iphone 12 pro on 2nd of november and havent recieved any order confirmation email yet. Does it mean that EE havent processed my order yet or do i just get an email from dpd about my delivery?

You maybe in for a long wait, ordered mine 29th October, expected delivery between 25th - 30th November, also states on the website could be up to 28 days delivery.

When your order is processed, you'll receive an email from EE with a link in it, if you click on the link it gives you an update on expected delivery.

DPD will then send a message out when the delivery is due the day before the phone is to be delivered.

The news is that Apple are having problems getting hold of the parts they need, hence why it is taking longer for EE to get the phones to send out.

Just have to be patient I'm afraid like everyone else.

But was i not supposed to get a confirmation email when i placed my order as well or do i just get an email from dpd guy about my delivery time?

Hi @sk066,

I can see on the other thread you were talking on you said you ordered over the phone.

@iholmesy is right in saying you will receive text confirmation with your tacking information and from DPD when your order is dispatched.

If you don't have any order information, our Customer Care Team will be able to provide you with it so you can track your order online.
