&lt;P&gt;The emails you have received are on the basis you are receiving the handset. If this is delayed then it wouldn't be reasonable for you to be without a handset as a result.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you call EE CS on 150 to confim because you don't want to be at a disadvantage for something outside your control.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I got an early upgrade with trade in the other day. The device I wanted is out of stock so I have to wait 21 days to receive it however I had a text yesterday say that I need to return my old device by the 29th of this month and then I received an email today telling me that I need to return it by the 28th? And I’m a bit confused as to which date I’m actually supposed to return my old device?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also these dates are in around 14 days so does this mean I have to be without a phone for a week while I wait for the device I ordered to be in stock?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
