Hi all

I’ve just joined ee after years being with O2 so i ordered new iphone 12 pro in blue on 17th October had one email saying been a delay then got email saying it was coming between 2nd dec en 7th nothing got another email say been another delay it be 13th en 17th dec ,hope rest of the service os better.

As soon as stock is received we will send out orders that have been placed on a first come first served basis. Any back orders will be fulfilled first.

You can use the tracking information with your email address to track your order online.

Once your device is available to dispatch, your will receive a text from DPD with your delivery information.
