I pre-ordered (As an upgrade) the iPhone 12 pro max on Tuesday By phone for today’s release day, I was told It would be released today, I paid delivery, I received confirmation email, I was told on the phone I would start receiving extra info the day before, tracking has not moved, I’ve had no text or emails or anything, I was told as I was upgrading and had done so over the phone it would be priority

Which version of the iPhone 12 Pro Max did you order? Please include the colour and memory size.

Was it 10th November you ordered?

I'm in a similar situation. Ordered as an upgrade yesterday morning, and was told it should be delivered today (release day), or at least have a delivery date confirmation. At the moment, it says "Expected Delivery Date: Awaiting Confirmation"

I ordered the IPhone 12 pro max 128GB in Pacific Blue. Haven't heard anything since my confirmation email, despite being told it should be delivered on release day.

Track my order still says "Awaiting Confirmation" for the delivery.

You'll receive a text message from DPD with your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
