Placed an order on Sunday. No email from ee with an order number or message from dpd regarding delivery. To say there is a one day despatch of the item is a total fabrication.

Hi Jon

I ordered a ring doorbell on add to plan. Supposed to receive a email with
tracking number and a email from dpd for delivery details. Non of which I
have received yet. Ordered on Sunday. Yes I've also checked spam emails.
