iPhone 12 Pro Max Delivery

I called 3 days to check how things were and was assured that my 12 Pro Max would be delivered today.

I didn’t receive a text yesterday from DPD and haven’t received one today.

Any help with my order status is greatly appreciated.

@Benno93 You’ll be notified when the device is ready for delivery. Also a pre order is not a guarantee of receiving advice on launch day and never has been. You’ll have to wait and see if DPD contact you before 11am, If they haven’t I don’t think you’ll get the device today.

I know it’s awful stressy, sometimes the DPD notifications don’t even come. I had just resigned myself to not getting day one allocation, and it turned up just now without warning.

ordered: pre-order day, 6/11/2020 about 12:45PM

Comms since: Email on day to say order received. Nothing further, no texts.
delivered: 13/11/2020 without any comms or warning.

don’t lose faith that it’s on it’s way.
