Hi I placed an order online for a new contract and phone, how long does it take before the phone is dispatched as I haven't received an order update

I ordered the phone yesterday about 1pm but have had no delivery message only the email for the order, I have done a online chat and rang but no one can tell me when it is being sent out

If you've had the email confirming the order, it should be being processed, @Mjpr1968.

When I spoke to the advisor on the phone she said there wasn't any device on my account and said the team she needed to talk to had shut there lines because of back orders and wouldn't be able to check but I see from this forum other people have been waiting longer than me and still haven't received their phones
