I am in the same boat. Order my iPhone 12 pro 2 weeks this Monday and I have no email or text message.

Having read a few of the other threads on the 12Pro it appears to be an Apple problem. Apparently they are short of certain parts for this device and are considering having to pinch them from other products. Add this to the already growing waiting list and you will be in a queue. Just a matter of patience unfortunately.

Did you get a confirmation email with an order number? If not I would ring customer services.

If it hasn't been dispatched yet, you should be able to. Yes, keep in mind there is a shortage and if you change to another colour or size, there may be a delay

Morning,

As soon as your iPhone 12 Pro variant is available to dispatch, you will receive a text form DPD regarding your delivery.

All orders are being completed on a first come first served basis with any back orders being completed first as we receive stock.

Same here actually had no info Ee at all which is just poor customer service. I can accept delays happen but how about you keep your customers up to date on this so we aren’t just left in the dark.

@wardi hi ya yes I had a confirmation email like the day after I placed a order but heard nothing since I did call EE last week and they did say can take up to 14 days so by Wednesday I should have it that will be the 11th but I have a feeling it ain’t coming lol so I guess I will have to call back again just very disappointing tho 😞

my husband is with another network and his 12 pro came literally two days after his order lol fumin haha

Hi Alex thank you for you response it’s still not very helpful tho it’s just very frustrating when you place a order and not knowing when it is coming

I was told by ee that it can take up to 14 days I hope this is true

as my phone is on it’s way out so I’ve been trying to wait patiently for my new phone but I think it is bad that the phone is made available on line and then when a order is placed you have to wait for this amount of time 😞

I ordered mine on the 26th. Even though it was labelled as “in stock” been patiently waiting checking the shipping status everyday. Today is their advised 14th day till shipped and still the order tracking hasn’t changed or heard anything. Poor poor customer service. Been with EE for 5 years.

Just to let people know IV just had a email off dpd I get my iPhone 12 pro tomorrow so I will keep my fingers crossed and hope

I’ve just checked order status and now says expected delivery between 18-23rd. I ordered phone on 24th Oct so that’s nearly a month not the 14 days as advertised when ordering.
Complete joke - and as I said earlier if I had known that when ordering I wouldn’t be so annoyed it’s the lack of information well in fact zero customer service from Ee. Been with them for 10 years seems they don’t care about there customers at all

Placed order online on 24th, then had mesage to call ee. 34 minute call to confirm everything I had already done online on the 28th.

Confirmed order text came through, been told 14 days wait for delivery. No tracking details from courier as yet and tomorrow is 14 days.

Getting frustrated that I cannot get an update without calling them

@Claire1002x wow that’s shocking a month god I hope mine don’t take tht long 😫 mine 14 days tomorrow I will be calling EE tomorrow as the bloke I spoke to last week said can take up to 14 days if u haven’t received it by the 14th day to call them there customer care is abit rubbish seems they don’t really care I don’t think they should be false advertising tho not really fair x
