I made the order over the phone and it was a ipad pro 12.9 in spary gray in 128gb

The current delivery time for the iPad Pro 12.9 is within 14 days.

When did you place your order? Did you complete this online?

Did you receive your confirmation email with tracking number? You can use your XKN number and your email address to track your order online.

Once your order is available to dispatch, you will receive a text from DPD with your delivery time and date.

Okay and it was made over the phone on Wednesday and was told it would be here Thursday and I never got a email just got told would be here Thursday thanks

Hi @Keighleg01,

If you placed the order over the phone, you wouldn't get a confirmation email.

The timescales that the Sales Team give out are based on current stock and back orders.

If you order is due for delivery on Thursday, you will receive your DPD details this week.

Was it was within 24 hours you were told to expect your order? The delivery timescales for your device are up to 14 days.

Have you checked the status of your order online? Did you receive a text with a link to check the status of your order?
