      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I was trying to upgrade my now-expired contract to a cheaper one and somehow managed to buy a second SIM contract instead. Is there any way to cancel this second contract without phoning directly? Am I able to take the new SIM into my local shop when it arrives and have it cancelled in there? Or can it be cancelled somehow through the website?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
