hi I upgraded to a new iPhone12pro 29/10/20 my status of the phone says waiting on confirmation on delivery can you inform me how long this will take I haven't received any confirmation via text or email

me and my wife we placed the order on 1st of November..I still got nothing on my tracking number is saying “order confirmed” expecting dispatched in 24 H but already waiting 3-4 days and nothing ...

iphone 12 - 128 GB , pasific blue

Same. Ordered on pre-order date, expected delivery 23rd Oct, no order, called and told order was done wrong & no stu discount added so had to cancel and re-order. Back of the queue I went 🙄. Re-ordered same day - Fri 23rd Oct, for the Silver 12 pro 128GB and my tracking STILL says ‘awaiting confirmation’ in the expected delivery date part. Never again will I pre-order with EE! 😩

Sorry, I'm not able to give you an estimated delivery timescale for that model.

The delivery guidance when you placed your order was 'Order now. We will deliver to you as soon as we receive stock from our supplier'

Oh great 😂. So not even 14 or 21 days or anything? It’ll be 14 days tomorrow. Any roundabout timescale from others ordering the same?

I also placed an order for iPhone 12 128gb in back on the 28/10 and it said it was in stock and would be dispatched within 1 day but I’ve still not received a dispatched text or email? Thanks

12 pro 128GB silver ordered 23/10/20

Hi James,

Quick question. My ‘thanks for your upgrade, your order is on its way etc’ email on 23rd Oct has an order no. that begins with xko followed by 9 digits.

The next email (31st Oct) received ‘order update - your order is confirmed - but awaiting expected delivery date” has a different order number - just 10 digits beginning with 00. Why is it different?

Also why did the £50 phone payment get taken out of my account already (26th) when I’ve obvs yet to receive the phone.

I rang to see if there were any updates but the lady just said there are no expected delivery dates for this phone still, and to ring back by next Friday (13th!) if it’s not arrived. That will be 21 days.

Has anyone received their device in under 3 weeks? Just curious really 🤔
