I dont have an order number and upgraded via text chat 2 weeks ago so nothing is showing on my account - I was advised new phone would be despatched within 14 days - The phone has not been despatched and cannot get any response as to when it will be available - surely in this day and age a quick text update would be possible ? I have rang a number of times now and nobody seems to be able to give an answer

Hi I ordered on 23.10.20 - and was advised would receive within 14 days, I have phoned this week as well and advised no change would receive within 14 days - The phone I am waiting for is Iphone 12 Pro silver 128gb

But are you able to give a timescale and very disappointed no updates when you supposed to be offering best customer service !!
