Was talking to love chat about a status update on the phone and they said it could take around 12/14 days to be dispatched with DPD! Just wondering what the returns policy is? I have to return my current phone (iPhone XR) and the return pack says it has to be with them by 11th November, but I won’t have my new phone by that time?
