I ordered iPhone 12 pro. Was told I would receive it within 12 days. Now I’m being told 11 days later that it will be in 21 days. Which I think is shocking. I have also herd a couple friends say they got air pods free with the phone. And there only paying £83 for that but I’m paying £94 a month and don’t get anything like air pods or anything free with mine. So how is this fair EE Need to seriously look at there deals and what there giving there loyal customers

@Con9411 No one is getting free AirPods. And if you want to complain about not receiving your device go complain to Apple for not producing enough because there is the high demand of this device.

I’m complaining at the fact EE gave me a date that I would receive phone by a certain date and now I’m being told it’s another 21 days which I’m sure you would be annoyed to.
