when Pre order phone arrive to local store?

Hi, I order a Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 512GB in Ealing Broadway branch on

16 Oct 2020and not arrived unfortunately and I track phone by EE site, they write dispatch and now goverment yesterday said from 4 Nov Lockdown start again for a mounth. how can I track my phone and do you think any chance to receive before lockdown ? please help me ...
