Hi i ordered the s20 FE 5G on the 4th of October 2020 and it came with a free Samsung watch, I've not received any notification on the free gift and its been over 2 weeks now. Can someone please check it out for me. Thank you

Thanks for coming to the community.

To claim your gift, visit the claim portal during the claim period, which runs from 2nd of October 2020 00:01 and the 29th of November 2020 23:59 and complete the claim form including your proof of purchase the IMEI which can be found on the box or in the settings menus.

Hi thank you for you're reply, but I need someone to email me a proof of purchase to claim the free gift as I don't seem to have one suitable for them. Thank you
