Return package for trade in

Hi there! I just did an upgrade last week, got the new phone and all. Got a message that the return package for the old phone was dispatched but it has been a week now and I got nothing. Need to return until the 7th of november so I don’t get fined. I wanna do it asap but I don’t even know where to send it.
