Delivery of ps4

Wonder if anyone can help ordered a PS4 last Saturday and it still hasn't arrived this was a present for my sons birthday .....I got the order number but no one has been in touch it said free Mon to Friday delivery still nothing I've rang we but there doesn't seam an option to get through to the right department can anyone help please.

@Daz71 call customer services again and press a number that is not an option to select this will put you through to someone you can actually speak with.

Done this and it says haveing trouble your choice is not on my list then it sends me a text message with hints lol joke
