How long does it take to get your pre order iPhone 12 pro? Will you get it on release date??

Will you get updates on delivery and be given a date on when you receive the phone?

It should have said when they expected you to get it when you preordered. If you preordered early. You should be getting it tomorrow and have a DPD notification by now. Try downloading the DPD app or using the tracking link in your confirmation text

Your delivery date will depend on which model you went for and when your order was placed.

You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking details the day before delivery.

I placed an order on Wednesday and was told by ee it would be delivered on day of launch. Now, my order still says confirmed! When will i get an update on if my order has been dispatched?

All pre-orders will be dispatched on a first come, first serve basis.

You'll get a text message from DPD with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot has been confirmed.

@James_B What you’ve just replied is nonsense 😂 I placed an order on Friday 1.27pm. But you guys messed up a bunch of orders. I know there’s people on other threads who’ve ordered the same model on Tuesday/Wednesday and have already received them this morning. “First come first serve” 🤣🤣

I completely agree. It say pre order on the website to get it on the 23rd of October. A bit disappointing that it could take a while.

Absolutely furious. Ordered just after midnight on Sunday morning, 12 pro 128gb in blue. All options said I WOULD receive on day of release and, surprise surprise, EE have failed yet again.

I have the same problem orderd on 16 at 5 pm and still awaiting confirmation it states I will get the phone today so I would like to know where the phone is
