Apple iPhone 12 pro pre order upgrade

Hi,

I was due my free upgrade so decided to go for the iPhone 12 pro, I tried doing it online but it didn’t work so called 150 and did it over the phone. I have all the documents such as the contract and stuff that I had to sign over the web but I’m yet to actually receive a confirmation email. Please could someone help?

also I tried contacting customer services via live chat and they assured me that it would be delivered on 20/10/20 which is strange as the phone comes out on the 23rd from apple. He also gave me an order number but it doesn’t work on the tracker.

You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

The text will normally arrive the evening before the day of delivery.

Hi, I had an email 15 mins ago! (17:23) no text has come but the email says my EE parcel will be delivered tomorrow and my 1 hour slot will be given after 11am. There is also an option to upgrade delivery to before 10.30am which is pretty cool!

I am getting the 128 graphite pro and ordered shortly after 1pm Friday 16th if anyone is wondering.
