Unable to add student discount code to sim only deal

Hi,

im a student and trying to get the £20 100GB 24 month Sim Only plan. I have a student beans account and whenever I paste the code into the voucher box at checkout it doesn’t work?

I have tried on other sim only plan and the code works on that one, however the £20 100gb sim only deal I want the discount on isn’t a promotional deal and has no end date so should allow the discount to be applied. Not sure why it’s not working?

Is any discount shown in your basket when you add this?

If not then I have checked and this plan should be eligible and I would recommend giving us a call.
