      <title>Replacement SIM - Delay</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a replacement SIM (esim to replace physical) two weeks ago and have still not received anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Went into an EE store but they were unable to help, advising I call and check on the status. Tried today but as of yet have been unable to get through to anyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else experienced a delay recently? Not sure how long I need to wait to get a QR code on a sheet of paper mailed out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
