    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve upgraded the phone on my contract this evening and at the end of the purchase there was a reference number which I assumed would then be in an email. However, when I got the email confirmation there was no reference number and now I can’t track the order. The money is also pending to come out of my bank, so I’m unsure if this has gone through properly&lt;/P&gt;</description>
