Apple Watch series 6 44mm space grey

Ordered a series 6 44mm space grey on Sunday 20th over the phone, to be told it would be no later than Thursday. The watch has been showing in stock and then out of stock a few times since then and yet my order has not been fulfilled! When I call they say it is still in process? Has anyone actually received their orders? I feel like I was misinformed about timescale to secure the sale!!! When I call they say within 7 days even though the website says within 1 day 😡

I ordered mine on Saturday in store, they said I’d have it within 3 working days! I’ve had no updates 🤬

I ordered the S6 44mm gold on Saturday and find the timescale for delivery very confusing. When I ordered it said expected dispatch in 7 days, but I have heard that I could be waiting until late October! I think it depends solely on Apple stock levels and how many preorders before mine were made.

That’s what Us frustrating, they shouldn’t say 7 days if they know it will be longer. What’s more annoying is I ordered mine over the phone as the website wasn’t playing ball and was told no later than Thursday! They surely would have known it will not be accurate 🤬 hope you get yours soon too!

I ordered the 44mm Series 6 on the 21st. I am yet to receive the promised delivery dispatched email or text. I find it very misleading that they say that the item is usual dispatched in 24 hours. That is clearly false.

I would appreciate a truthful date of expected delivery not some fairytale illusion.

I’ve had exactly the same thing, no way of tracking anything. If I’d have known I would have purchased elsewhere

I have also received over 100 emails confirming my watch is on the way since yesterday morning. It is driving me crazy no customer service operator can help with it

Apple Watch Series 6 back orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from Apple.

You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking information as soon as your delivery slot has been confirmed.

I have just had mine dispatched a few moments ago. Considering it hasn’t been 7 days since I ordered the watch yet, I feel this is rather good. However, I still think that the status of stock and how long it will take until dispatch was very confusing for myself and many other customers.

So I ordered mine at 8:34am on 17th Sept, promised delivery on 18th. Didn’t show. Rang on the 18th to be told ‘deff within seven days’ Rang again Tuesday to be told ‘deff seven days’ and just come off the phone to them now, same thing ‘deff seven days’ I ordered mine 4mins into the time the pre orders were being taken on the 17th so they can’t say it’s first come first served. I’ve been with EE many many years but this is not acceptable and proper winding me up. I gave my watch away last Thursday as I was promised delivery Friday so am without a watch. Very bad customer service

I appreciate it’s first come first served, but when you order over the phone and they tell you a date for it to not happen; makes it feel like they just tell you sooner as they want to close the deal 🤔

Hi James, what about apple watches that were ordered in store? I stupidly went to a store instead of taking care of the order myself online. I've ordered a Nike Series 6 44mm on Saturday 26th September, told that it would be delivered to store by today. According to EE however DPD haven't collected the order from the warehouse yet - implying that it's in stock but DPD haven't accepted the collection - sounds rubbish to me.

I've now been told that 'it might be collected tomorrow' - I'm not holding my breath but would welcome some honesty and clarity on the situation with deliveries from EE.

It's complete nonsense. I was promised Friday again without fail (second Friday running) Then I ring Friday and I'm told ’you’ll have it within 7 days’ It's laughable!!

I've now cancelled the order completely and have bought the watch directly from Apple (I went into store in Cardiff yesterday and collected it) So carry on with your shocking customer service EE and you'll continue to lose customers.

I'll get a generic response to this message now from an EE agent saying ’sorry you feel like this blah blah blah’

Hi @James_B I'm aware the store will call me at some point, but they were under the impression when they sold me the watch that it would be released and ready for collection by the latest of today. EE customer support now tell me that it hasn't even been collected by DPD from the warehouse - makes me wonder why. Is it in stock and actually available to ship or are you waiting on Apple?
